Using Webmail Advanced Features:

The webmail system has several advanced features to allow you to better manage your mail.   The most basic of these functions is creating folders to sort your mail into.

When you first log into webmail you are shown the default Inbox.  This is where new messages appear if you have not created rules to move the messages automatically.

Here is a sample screenshot of the webmail interface:

The box in the upper right corner shows what mail folder you are looking at - in this case the INBOX.   To change between existing folders click on the down arrow and you should see a list of available folders.  By default you have an INBOX, drafts, sent-mail and spam as show below:

To create additional folders click on the icon in the menu bar at the top of the page.    This brings up this page:

Where you can manage and create additional folders.   Click on the "Choose Action:" line to see the available options.   Note that for some operations (like renaming or deleting folders) you need to select the folder you want to work on by clicking on the next to the folder before selecting an action.

For this example I am creating a folder to save important mail in:

Once you have a place to put important mail in moving it to the folder is pretty easy.   From the main page this example shows moving the welcome message to the 'Saved' folder

by putting a checkmark next to the message you want to move, selecting the folder to put the message in and clicking the Move button.
