Outside office hours we answer calls on our cell phones if we are available. If you reach the answering machine please leave us a message with your phone number and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Hate automated phone systems? We do too – and we try to make ours as painless as possible. If you want to reach someone right away just hit 0 at any time – it will ring all of the office phones and then start trying cell phones.
If you hear the ‘all support representatives are busy’ hold message it means that at least one of us is on the phone with a customer. It won’t last longer than 5 minutes before starting to search cell phones. If you want to leave a message you can hit 9 at any time during the hold.
