Service Delivery Coordinator
Reports To: Call Center Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Coordinate the smooth installation of our internet services, provide exceptional customer service, and coordinate logistics effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule Fiber to the Home (FTTH) service installations, repairs, and disconnects - including aerial and underground work, trenching, splicing, termination, and restoration.
- Manage Ohio Utilities Protection Service (OUPS) locates and related coordination with utility providers and third-party contractors.
- Read, interpret, and update electronic and written documentation, prints, and construction plans using systems such as CAD and GIS.
- Work closely with Fiber technicians and the Field Service Technician supervisor to dispatch resources, verify work completion, and manage service tickets.
- Complete service disconnects to include recovery of unused GPON ports including documentation and configure cleanup.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure safe work practices, and provide excellent communication and coordination with customers and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Prefer 2-year degree in technical/ construction field or equivalent experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Provide excellent customer service. Ability to complete assigned tasks effectively and efficiently. Capability to think logically, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. (Documentation as needed) Ability to utilize computer, both remote and office access, and other technology to complete duties. Must have proficient computer skills. Time management, multi-tasking, dependability, and detail-oriented abilities are a MUST.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is a mix of office and field work. The field/ outdoor setting is in extreme high and low temperatures and all forms of precipitation. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop & laptop computers, tablets, phones, copier, scanner, fax, etc.

Field Service Technician
Reports To: OSP Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Coordinate and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Amplex internet services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, maintain, and repair internet, VOIP, and other services at customer locations.
Mount equipment in homes, barns, and other properties.
Run cables in a neat, safe, and professional manner through attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Assist customers with internet and router setups to ensure seamless service.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. A background in service, labor, or customer service is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The job is a physical demanding position working outdoors in the local community. Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be able to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and safely use a ladder. Must be able to lift/ carry up to 75lbs. Ability to lift, push, carry and pull supplies/tools/equipment. Must be able to wear composite work boots and other personal protective safety equipment.
